Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor & Delivery Driver to join our Mazda, Peugeot & Ford Dealership in Leominster. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis, one in two Saturdays 08:30 to 12:30.

You will be directly involved with the general public, trade customers and the supply of our own workshops.

Role and Responsibilities

Order Preparation: You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries

Sales and Customer Service: Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression

Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers

Handles warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing)

Delivery Driver: Delivering the parts that have been ordered for our trade customers on a daily basis. You will be delivering to Leominster, Bromyard, Ledbury, Hereford, Hay on Wye, Kington, Presteigne, Knighton, Ludlow and Tenbury Wells. Approximately 25 miles from Dealership. You would need to be friendly with the customers and make sure we are meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. You would also be responsible for chasing sales leads and pushing any promotions that we may have.

About you
Applicant should have full clean Driving Licence and no previous criminal

convictions.

Must be a team player and have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Pass a DVLA check.

Ideally you will have gained Motor Factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company
