We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales team in a Customer Relations / Marketing role. This position plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting retention, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all service interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and in line with company standards
- Conduct regular follow-ups with service customers to support retention and MOT bookings
- Contact customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Log and manage all customer interactions accurately within the DMS/CRM system
- Record and escalate any customer complaints to the Service Manager for resolution
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database
- Produce and present correspondence to a high standard
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the Service Manager as required
- Maintain professional communication with customers and colleagues at all times
- Comply fully with GDPR and data protection requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- IT literate and comfortable using CRM/DMS systems
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
