We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales team in a Customer Relations / Marketing role. This position plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting retention, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all service interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and in line with company standards
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with service customers to support retention and MOT bookings
  • Contact customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
  • Log and manage all customer interactions accurately within the DMS/CRM system
  • Record and escalate any customer complaints to the Service Manager for resolution
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Produce and present correspondence to a high standard
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Service Manager as required
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and colleagues at all times
  • Comply fully with GDPR and data protection requirements

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • IT literate and comfortable using CRM/DMS systems
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
